We say it includes personal management, handholding, partnership, cultural sensitivity training, and personalized focus. Today I thought I would walk everyone through what that looks like and how we define each of the listed areas.

Personal management: This is a concept of our being personally involved in overseeing the management of the team when the relationship is being established.  This is a very limited phase because the team that is set up belongs to our client. It doesn’t belong to us, but our job is to support our client and the offshore team as they are beginning to get a relationship established. once that’s complete, our management role becomes almost non-existent by design

Handholding: This is really what it sounds like. When a team is new, it’s important that both the customer team and the offshore partner feel like they have guidance. so we use this idea of handholding in conjunction with the personal management concept to bring peace and continuity to the relationship. And because of our significant and deep experience with offshore partnerships, we are ideally suited to support and guide both our client and their offshore partner.

Partnership: The idea of a partnership Is intended to convey that both parties have something on the line. It’s not just the customer team, and it’s not just the offshore team, but as partners, we are putting ourselves and our reputation on the line. This work is what we do, and we believe we do it better than anyone. I say this not to boast, but because I firmly believe it is true. That’s why we want to be a partner in creating an offshore team that our clients can thrive with, and who can thrive with our clients.

Cultural sensitivity training: If you’ve ever traveled to a foreign country, you know that there are cultural specifics that often unless you are made aware in advance, you may not be prepared for upon landing. Because we are so focused on India, we prepare our clients for cultural experiences, food and drink recommendations, do’s and don’ts in a business setting vs a personal setting, hotel accommodations, travel recommendations, travel hygiene, and many other areas to ensure that when our client travels there, or when they are interacting either in-person or virtually, that they are set up for success.

Personalized focus: None of this is helpful unless it is personalized for each client. Our long experience with customer service and support has taught us that each client wants to feel unique because they are unique.
